Open a 600 x 600 images
Open Frame6 and resize by 70%, Copy and paste the frame onto your blank image.
Please it in the center of the image.

On the frame layer grab your magic wand tool and select off white parts going around the frame
Go to Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise with theses settings
Uniform checked
30%
Monochrome checked
Select None

Open up Paper12 and minimize for now
With your magic wand tool select inside your frame and go to Selections>Modify>Expand by 10
Add a new layer and fill with paper12
Select None
Drag this layer to sit underneath your frame layer.

Add a drop shadow on your frame layer using the settings
Vertical 1
Horizontal 1
Opacity 20
Blur 12.00
Black

Open up Blossom3 and resize by 15%. Copy and paste as a new layer on your image
Place it to the left of your frame so the end of the branch sits in the middle of the bottom left flower.
Apply the same drop shadow as before

Open Bow3 and resize by 30%. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image.
Place it to sit over the end of the branch
Apply the same drop shadow again

Open Flower3 and resize by 20%. Copy and paste onto your image
place it towards the bottom right of the frame.

Duplicate this layer and place it up and round the frame abit

Open up Flower 2 and resize by 20%, Copy and paste it onto your image and place in between the other 2 flowers on your frame

Open up Daisy3 and resize by 20%, Copy and paste onto your image and place into the gap of the flowers you just placed
Drag this layer underneath your other flower layers.
Aplly the drop shadow from before
Duplicate this layer and move it to the side and duplicate again and place this one in the second gap in the flowers.

Open Flourish1 and resize by 30%, Copy and paste onto your image
Place it the the left inside your frame so the loop is inbetween the top 2 flower that are placed on the side of the frame.

Lower the opacity of this layer to 36

Add a new layer and drag to the bottom of the layer pallett
Fill the canvas with #5485c4
Open up BabesDesignz Mask 27 and minimize
Go to Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image
Find the mask int he drop down menu
Make sure invert mask data is checked then click ok

Now right click on the mask layer and go to Merge>Merge Group

Add your tube and place where you think looks best

Add all your copyright info

Now add your name how you want it
I used the font Parisian-Extended size 72
Add a drop shadow that compliments your text

Save as a png
