Open up the template and resize the canvas to 500 x 500

On your layer palette right click the background layer and convert to raster layer.

Fill with Paper 5 and apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Resize by 80% and move into place

Go to layer 5 and select all - Float - Contract 5 promote selection to layer

Fill this layer with Paper 13

Deselect

Back to layer 5.

Select all - Float - Expand 1 Fill with White.

Add a drop shadow to your liking.

(There is many ways to fill the shapes so use the one you feel most comfortable with)

Repeat this steps for the rest of the layers but using the different papers

Layer 4 - Paper 14

Layer 3 - Paper 11

Layer 2 - Paper 10

Layer 1 - Paper 1

Add your tube
I used Artwork by Suzanne Woolcott

Open String 2 and resize by 50% and paste as a new layer.

Move to the left of the image.
(see my tag for reference)

Open Embroided Blossoming 2 resize by 50% and paste as a new layer

Move this to the right of your image
(again see my tag)

Go to select all - Float - Promate selection to layer - Expand 2 and drag that layer underneath your original blossom layer and fill with white.

Add the same drop shadow as before.

Add your name

I used paper 10 for the background colour and White stroke 2 as my foreground.

Font i used was Comic Sans MS

Add the same drop shadow or maybe a little darker than before and place in the top right corner.

Add the copyright info as needed and merge all

Save as a png

All done
