Delete the copyright and background layer

Activate layer Rectangle Select all-Float-Expand 3-Promote selection to layer
Fill this layer white bring it underneath the rectangle layer.
Add some noise and a drop shadow

Pick a light colour and a dark colour from your tube.
Have the darker colour as your foreground.
Select gradient foreground background.

Back to the rectangle layer
Select all-Float-Defloat and fill with your gradient

With your rectangle layer still selected go to Effect-Texture Effects-Weave

Gap Size 1
Width 11
Opacity 3
Weave Colour Black
Have fill gaps unchecked.

Dont deselect just yet

Copy and paste your tube and resize to your liking and place so the face is in the center of the rectangle.

Selections-Invert

Hit delete on our tube layer

Paste your tube again but this time place the tube to the left of the rectangle and play with the opacity i had mine at 14%.

Your tag should still be selected and inverted.

So hit delete on the new tube layer

Duplicate this layer and mirror and place to the right of the rectangle

Deselect

Activate the Stars layer Select all-Float-Expand1 and fill with the gradient

Apply your fave bevel effect

I used Lokas-Ice
*You can get the same kinda look using Eyecandy Glass or even the standard bevel.*

Add Eyecandy Gradient Glow - Subtle white and reduce the width of the glow a little

Activate the Brackets layer Select all-Float-Expand 3-Promote selection to layer
Fill with white and move this layer underneath the brackets layer.

Add some noise to this layer and a drop shadow to your liking.

Now back to the brackets layer.
Select all-Float-Expand 1 fill with the gradient you have been using.

Add you name.

Add your copyright info
Merge all

Save as a png
