Open a new image 700 x 700
Open bs_tthirst-element5 and copy and paste onto your new image as a new layer.
Go to Image>Free Rotate and rotate the frame 90 degrees Left
Now go up to Image again and resize it by 70%
Open element 43 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste onto your image and place the chain so it looks like its hanging from the bottom corners.
Dont worry if it looks like its over lapping you will cover that.
Now open element 29 and resize by 20%
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image and place it over the over lapping chain in the bottom left corner
Duplicate this layer and mirror it and place it over the cain on the right corner
Open up element 40 and resize by 15%
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image. Drag the layer underneath your rose layers
Position the leaf to sit underneath your rose on the right, place it so its kind of inline with the coner.
Duplicate this layer and go to Image>Free rotate and rotate the leaf 90 degrees right and place that leaf just up from the other so it sits across the bottom of the frame

You should have your 2 Leaf layers one on top of each other. Activate the top leaf layer and go to Layers>Merge>Merge Down
Duplicate this layer and mirror it and place it underneath your rose on the left
Open element 11 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image.
Drag this layer to sit underneath your frame layer
Place it under the bottom of the frame.
Now duplicate this layer and go to Image>Flip and place it under the top edge of the frame

Open element 34 and resize by 50%
Copy and paste as a new layer onto your image.
Make sure this layer is under your frame layer
Place the wire netting to the left of the frame so it is overlapping on the outside to just past the roses edge
Duplicate this layer and mirror it and place on the right side of the frame.

Dont worry about all the mess inside of the frame you will cover that soon
Open element 50 and copy and paste as a new layer onto your image
Go to Image>Free Rotate by 90 Degrees right
Make sure this layer is above the frame layer and under the rose layers
Place this over the bottom part of the frame and running under the roses

I used the freehand selection tool here and selected around the bottom bits of the string and shaortened them as i didnt like them running over the chain.
Add a new layer below the frame layer
open up paper 15 and minimize
Using the selection tool draw out arectabgle that goes round the inside of the frame
Now using the fill tool select pattern and use the paper to fill the selection.
Deselect
Paste your tube as a new layer and position to fit in the center of the frame
A close up would look better.

Once your tube is placed how you like it activate the the rectangle layer you just filled and go to Selections>Select all>Float>Invert
Now go back to your tube layer and hit delete
And deselect
Add your copyright information somewhere on your image
Open up the wordart provided in the supplies folder and paste as a new layer on your image
Place it at the top of the frame

Now for your name
I used the font Copperplate Gothic Light size 72 bold and the colour #421022
I placed mine in the corner of the frame as Jay only has a short name and changed the blend mode to burn.
Have a play with your name and placement add your fave effects and stand out from the crowd ;o)
Merge all the layers, crop the edges and save as a png file and your done
